PRICE AND VAT TAX
The sales prices of the products are indicated in European Euros in a clear way on the web site StoreFIVESTARS.COM.
The prices mentioned on the web site are including vat tax and are not including the transport which will be shown on the final page of your purchasing schedule.
For not European comunity countries, the vat tax of the destination country is not inclueded in the price.
INFORMATIONS ABOUT CUSTOMS’ FEES
Customs’ fees to countries where these fees have to be applied are not included in our prices and are on the behalf of the client and have to paid at the moment of the receipt of the goods or according to the actual laws of the country where the goods are delivered.
The prices on the site StoreFIVESTARS.COM may be changed and so we reserve ourselves the right to change the prices without advice. The prices mentioned on our web-site are valid only in the actual moment.
MISTAKES IN THE PRICES
Although taking care of the exact price levels, there may be some mistake in the information about the prices or the products in the site StoreFIVESTARS.COM. We are not bund to our offer and we reserve ourselves the right to cancel the purchase in case of these kind of mistakes.
RIGHT OF RECESS
If you are not satisfied of the product you have received you may send it back within 10 days from the receipt of the goods due to the right of recess.
The products which you mean to send back has to be packed in the same way they were sent. The product has to be packed in its original packaging and closed in an efficient way. It is not allowed to send back damaged or handseled products.
The shipping costs for sending back the products are on the behalf of the client except sending back damaged, wrong or faulty products. In this case we will replace the damaged or faulty product. You may assert the right of recess only if the product is complete with all its parts and has not be used. This means that the product must be in its packaging without damages or signs of improper use on it.
PRODUCTS MADE TO MEASURE
The right of recess can’t be applied if you have purchased products made to measure or personalized articles as it won’t be possible to sell it for standard use according to the prescribing rules of article 55, sub-section 2, letter C, decree law n. 206/2005.
INFORMATIONS ABOUT REIMBURSEMENTS
All reimbursements are made with bank transfer. Please send an e-mail to (firstname.lastname@example.org) with detailed information about the payment datas and your order in order to transfer the money directly to your account. If you send back the order within the recess period without any motivation giving you the reimbursement right, you have to pay the shipping costs there and back.
If you have paid with bank transfer, please communicate with e-mail to (email@example.com) the bank datas like the IBAN and SWIFT code.
Please note: we will make the reimbursement only in the moment when we receive the packaging in stock. You will receive the reimbursement after sending back the product, its control in our firm and the elaboration of the reimbursement operation.
